"Edit because y'all have had another rockstar call me with great news, and a great offer!: Kellie called me today to let me know my insurance rate had lowered even more by $110 (thanks to my safe driving for the past 3 years 😌) and to tell me about a plan that I could add to my car insurance that could help me in the future. She called me earlier in the day but I wasn't able to have conversation, but when she called me back she was as pleasant as pleasant can be! She was very helpful and answered any questions that I had with no problem, and gave me a good idea of what the plan entailed. "This company Has been very unprofessional and not helpful at all. My bill has been constantly rising and no one can explain to me a valid reason why. She refused to have me speak to a manager and tells me she doesn’t know why I’m paying so much and there is nothing she can do to help me and that I have to just continue to pay the extremely high bill I did not sign up to pay and was not disclosed to me before increasing my payments. I’m extremely disappointed and expected more from State Farm to help their customers."
